Hi Kevin,

I am considering getting new sails for slalom racing.
How do you find the combo above? Is there a to big gap between 8.2 and 6.7 or is it OK for racing (national level)?
How do you find 8.2 in overpowered conditions and how do you find 6.7 in underpowered conditions?
How do they compare to mauisails tr3 8.4/6.6?

The problem is that I cannot get vapor 7.6 anytime soon, and we have national championship soon. 8.2 and 6.7 are in stock.

I have used the 8.2 when Ross was on the 7.6 pretty lit up... and was keeping up with him. I definately wasn't faster than him but I think you can go with that gap of 8.2 to 6.7. So far I have been really fast on the 6.7 and have not really got on the 5.5 but Matt was on the 55. when I was on the 6.0 and going quite well. I think you will enjoy your Vapors.

hallo Kevin,
I'm going to order my Vapor slalom quiver and need some advice.
Pretty sure about 6,7 and 7,6 need to know if going for 8,2 or 9. Consequently I'm still not decided if going for 122 or 133.Any test from you?
Many people think that small Vapor sizes (7,6 downward) are always been fast but bigger ones are not so good. What's your opinion?
As the new 122 is less volume than 2007 are you going for it as well for your light wind option?
I'm 82 kg,what do you suggest me?

Thanks Kevin!

Do you think that 8.2 will be to big for my isonic 101? My weight is 75-80kg.
Which fin size do you recommend for is101/8.2?

I still haven't used my 9.0 yet. I am still also testing out the 122 vrs 133. Not totally convinced one is faster than the other yet. Still need some more testing.

As for G, I think you might want to go with the 9 if that is going to be your biggest sail... 9 to 7.6 is not too big of gap i dont think..
