Smile Damage control

Hey guys!

I've hit a rock that was hiding just beneath the surface. I have repaired the damage but still have some scratches underneatch in the white color.
Will this leak water in to the board and to the wood?
I don't think it's scratched all the way through the epoxy layer.
Do you have any suggestions how to fix this? Just some paint, epoxy or?
What kind of paint is used for the hull of the board?

This is a Futura Wood 2016.

If you have the time to answer this it would be really appreciated!
